SunSet Party look

Hey gorgeous I hope you been enjoying the summer, I been trying to get some sun and trying to have as much fun as possible summer goes by so fast I wish it was still June :( I did this look last weekend for a house party me and my BFF through together I had so much fun the next day I had gotten a hangover WOW I haven't gotten one in a while but since I was home I took advantage of drinking more then I normally do when I'm out with friends.

My Favorite Summer Cocktails

Hey lovelies so sorry I haven't been blogging as much as usual been busy. This past week I been a very good girl not buying any makeup expect a new eyeshadow brush which was much needed. I also dye my hair sable brown I REALLY wanted to lighten it but my hair dresser advise me to grow it out instead of highlighting or worst bleach. That's what happens when you dye your hair dark brown or soft black so Be Warn ladies if your anything like me who can't be faithful to one color don't ever go to dark it sucks having to wait to get the hair color you really desire :( . I know I haven't taken any new pics of makeup looks its just been way to hot out here in NY to wear makeup. Unless I'm going out for the evening I usually don't wear much makeup during the day with the expection of tinted moisturizer, mascara and lip gloss.

On a brighter note I'm thinking about throwing a little get together this weekend with family and friends. I was thinking about which cocktails to serve at the party cause I need to start shopping to get the supplies. I thought you guys might be interest in some of my favorite summer cocktails, yes I LOVE COCKTAILS makes everyone more RELAX n Happy :)



FIRST POISON AND SO FREAKING GOOD *SANGRIA*

Ingredients:
1. bottle of Real Sangria brand wine or any favorite red wine (optional pour 1/2 cup of brandy, vodka or light rum 2 make it stronger).
5-6 strawberries
1 small cantaloupe
1 small bunch of grapes
3 small apples
2 oranges

Directions:
1) Cut all the fruit into bite-size pieces. No rind from the oranges, but you can leave the apple peels on.
2) Add fruit into large pitcher, add wine. Serve chilled.

Second Poison my favorite drink *MARGARITA*

2 oz silver tequila

1 oz premium Cointreau

1/2 oz fresh squeezed lime

lime wedge

Salt

Directions:
Place a thin layer of salt onto a small plate. Rub the rim of a cocktail glass with lime juice. Holding the stem of the glass, rotate the rim in salt. Its best if the salt is only on the outside of the glass. Fill a cocktail shaker half full with ice. Place all ingredients in a shaker. Shake well. Strain into the glass, garnish with lime wedges if you like, and serve.


Lastly a summer classic * PINA COLADA*

Ingredients (serving for 2)

3 oz light rum

4 oz Coco Lopez cream of coconut

4 oz pineapple juice

2 cup crushed ice

Directions

Pour rum, cream of coconut and pineapple juice into a blender with one cup of crushed ice. Blend until smooth, and pour into a glass. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry, and serve.

Happy Birthday 2 Me...

Yesterday was my 32 birthday I still can't believe I'm that old seems like yesterday when I was 25. That's OK I still have the heart of a 21 year old with the experience of a 32 year old lady.

I took my kids to see ICE AGE in 3D OMG this movie is the shit I had so much fun I give it two thumps up a must see even if you don't have kids I won't tell lol!

Then we ate at chili's sorry pics of yesterdays fun forgot my camera as always that's what happens when your constantly changing purse. Today I'm going to have dinner later at olive garden with my sis then head out to meet my friends at LQ'S New Yorkers know what I'm talking about, Latin Quarter Club. I did my makeup and hair a minute ago and here is my look for later.

16. Any phobias?? Heights and ugly looking bugs especially water bugs I see one and I totally freak out :*(



17. Do you bite your nails?? only when I'm nervous or really mad.



18. Have you ever had a near death experience?? When I was a little girl me and my mom was held at gun point some fuckers rob us that's what happens when you live in Brooklyn. In my teen I fell off a motorcycle while in motion lucky I didn't even had a scratch on me, then Fell down a huge flight of stairs again not even a scratch dam I could have broke my neck again not even a scratch. I think I have angel protecting me.



19. Do you drink coffee?? I'm addicted to the stuff hot or cold luv this stuff.

Today was the king of pop memorial, I was watching it on TV the ceremony was so beautiful celebrating his life. There was knots in my throat trying to fight the tears but as soon as his daughter Paris came on stage and told the world what a wonderful dad he was then she started to cry I lost it. I still can't believe his gone, I feel like he left us to soon. I can remember listening to thriller almost everyday as a child. Me and my sister dancing to his music trying to copy his dance moves of course I suck only M.J can dance like a perfectionist. If I had to chose one of my favorite songs it would be lady in my life. You can listen to it in my tunes box. I am going to miss him and I hope he knew how much his fans love him. Rest in peace M.J

1. I have to dye my hair all the time seriously I'm never faithful to one color I get bored very easily with the same look.

Recipe for chicken Alfredo

This what I made for dinner today I been a bad girl for not cooking lately so I figure I surprise honey with something tasty.

• INGREDIENTS
• Chicken breast
• Olive Oil
• Garlic Powder
• Italian seasoning
• Ground pepper
• Granted Parmesan Cheese
• Salt
• Pasta
• Alfredo Sauce
• Carrots
• Broccoli

Start by cutting chicken into small pieces, wash, then season the meat with dry seasonings mention above. In a skillet put some olive oil just enough to coat the pan so the chicken won't stick. Cook until chicken is light golden brown then add dice carrots and broccoli add a few drops of water cover until vegetables is steam. Don't forget to cook your pasta, when water is boiling add salt then add pasta usually takes about 10 min to cook pasta choose which ever kind like.

After vegetables are done add sauce I used 2 jars of this

then it will look something like this add grated Parmesan cheese put on low till sauce is hot

Drain pasta then mixed sauce with pasta sprinkle more Parmesan cheese then let sit for few minutes then your done, its chow time baby..

ENJOY!!

When breakouts happen :(

I don't always have clear skin in fact in some of my pics you'll probably see those ugly red bumps on my checks. Just wanted you guys to know that no one is 100% perfect even in my 30's I have to deal with acne.
When my skin breakouts which is often because I have sensitive/combination skin this is what I use to help my skin heal faster hope this helps

Queen Mint Julep mask is fine to help with redness and dry out pimples you can fine this at drugstores. I brought mine from CVS cost around $4.99.

This is another mask I use I purchase this at the pearl market in china town in NYC for only $1.95 this mask works wonders without dying my skin this is my second time I brought this I want to buy a box of these gems. Tea tree oil is known to help treat acne.

This is my favorite product omg this stuff is amazing but smells horrible. I put this on at night and by morning my face is almost cure from those red bastards my face even seems more brighter and smooth. Another gem I found in china town in a pharmacy cost $8.99 can't beat that.

Pink and lavander 4 summer

I did this look a while back but haven't have time to post it. Dam NY weather been crazy seems like everyday it's raining so I been rocking this leather hat I got from top gun to bad the leather jacket does not fit me anymore I didn't even get to wear it once.
